21 Dec 07 - End of year "bunfight"
Ripon squadron celebrated the end of another year in traditional style with the customary "bun fight". The cadets organised a revue, which included a review of some of the key events of the year, an excellent solo rendition of Monty Python's "Camp it up" sketch and parodies of the NCOs and staff. The NCOs gave out "paper plate" awards, the junior NCOs won the CO's quiz with a joint effort and Sergeant Santa put the senior NCOs through some drill like they'd never experienced before. There was even a couple of games of team Twister (which has to be seen to be believed).
It was a fitting end to a very successful year for 886 (City of Ripon) squadron. Here's wishing everyone a very merry Christmas and an equally successful 2008!
