07 Jul 07 - Gliding at Topcliffe
New Cadets Seager, Chapman and Coates had their first go at flying Vigilant gliders last Saturday at RAF Topcliffe. All cadets had a very good experience as we all got our full 20 minutes in the air. We were all given a chance to do a small dive to make a glove float in the air (named "The Glove Trick"). The good weather meant a great time for sightseeing around Topcliffe and easy conditions to fly in (apart from the wind which was very strong). All of us had a great time and hope to do it again!
